APPARATUS FOR TREATMENT SEWAGE USING AIR FLOATING PROCESS OF SLUDGE

Provided is an apparatus for treating sewage and waste water, capable of additionally removing impurities (floc) which do not float on the surface of the water in a sewage and waste water treatment device in a floatation method but flow with treated water. According to the present invention, the apparatus for treating sewage and waste water comprises a flowage guiding plate which is installed in water in a sludge floatation unit and fixed on the lower part of a sludge discharge unit. A flowage pattern, in which sewage and waste water introduced to the sludge flotation unit flows toward the lower part by being blocked by the sludge discharge unit and flows along the upper surface of the flowage guiding plate, is formed. So, floc descending with sewage and waste water is hung on a raised spot of the flowage guiding plate. 본 발명은 부상분리방식의 하폐수처리장치에서 수면에 부상하지 않고 처리수와 함께 유동하는 불순물(플록)을 별도 제거할 수 있는 구조의 하폐수 처리장치를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 하폐수 처리장치는, 슬러지부상부 내의 수중에 설치되고 슬러지배출부의 하부에 고정되어 슬러지부상부로 진입하여 진행한 하폐수가, 슬러지배출부에 막혀 하측방향으로 흐르고 유동안내플레이트의 상면을 따라 유동하게 되는 유동패턴이 형성됨으로써, 하폐수와 함께 하강한 플록이 유동안내플레이트의 단턱에 걸리도록 구성하고 있다.
