More specifically, a transmission line is easily mounted in a form that is easy to rotate, wherein the wheel rotates due to difference of weight or influence of wind when the snow is accumulated, thereby preventing snow from being accumulated on the transmission line. 본 발명은 갤로핑 방지 휠에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 송전선로에 과도하게 눈이 쌓이는 것을 방지하기 위하여, 송전선에 회전이 용이한 형태로 장착되어, 착설이 발생되면 무게의 차이 또는 바람의 영향 등으로 인해 휠이 회전하여, 자동으로 착설이 제거되도록 하는 갤로핑 방지 휠을 제공한다.
