Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is an electric furnace apparatus. According to the present invention, the electric furnace apparatus comprises: an electric furnace installed to be rotated in a frame having a withdrawing unit to discharge molten steel; and a cooling device installed to be rotated in the frame to enable air to be blown to the withdrawing unit of which a position is changed when the electric furnace is rotated to cool the withdrawing unit. 전로 장치에 대한 발명이 개시된다. 본 발명의 전로 장치는: 프레임에 회전 가능하게 설치되고, 용강이 배출되도록 출강부가 형성되는 전로; 및 전로의 회전시 위치 변경되는 출강부에 공기를 송풍하여 출강부를 냉각시키도록 프레임에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 냉각 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
