Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method of establishing an optimal cultivation medium and an optimal condition for tissue cultivation using slices of a tuber of Corydalis turtschaninovii Besser for the mass production of Corydalis turtschaninovii Besser. In particular, the method has been proven to enable the mass proliferation of Corydalis turtschaninovii Besser through the following steps: collecting slices from the Corydalis turtschaninovii Besser; transplanting collected cells, tissues, or organs on an MS medium to which 1-naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) and 6-benzylaminopurine (BA) are added, and then emitting light of a blue or red light emitting diode (LED) to the same to induce callus; propagating the induced embryogenic callus in the light of a white LED to induce somatic embryogenesis; promoting specialization of cotyledon under the light of the red LED; and moving the cotyledon in a medium to which gibberellin (GA_3) is added to cultivate a plant in the light of the white LED. According to the present invention, the method can be usefully used for mass proliferation of the Corydalis turtschaninovii Besser. 본 발명은 조선현호색(Besser.)의 괴경 절편을 이용한 조직배양시 최적의 배양 배지와 광 조건을 확립하여, 이를 이용하여 조선현호색을 대량 생산하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 조선현호색으로부터 절편을 채취하고, 상기 채취한 세포, 조직 또는 기관을 NAA(1-naphthaleneacetic acid) 및 BA(6-Benzylaminopurine)를 첨가한 MS 배지에 치상한 후 발광다이오드 청색 또는 적색광을 조사하여 캘러스를 유도하고, 유도된 배발생 캘러스를 발광다이오드 백색광에서 증식하여 발광다이오드 청색광에서 체세포배를 유도하였으며, 발광다이오드 적색광하에서 자엽의 분화를 촉진하고, 이를 지베렐린(giberellin; GA)을 첨가한 배지로 옮겨 발광다이오드 백색광에서 식물체를 배양하는 조건을 통하여, 조선현호색을 대량으로 증식시킬 수 있음을 확인하여, 본 발명의 증식방법은 조선현호색을 대량으로 증식시키는 데 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
