The present invention provides an apparatus for processing a substrate with liquid. The apparatus for processing a substrate includes a processing container which has a processing space inside, a substrate support unit which supports the substrate in the processing space, and a liquid supply unit which supplies processing liquid on the substrate supported by the substrate support unit. The liquid supply unit includes a nozzle discharging the processing liquid, an arm which supports the nozzle, a moving member which moves the arm, and a camera which photographs the state of the nozzle or the state of the liquid discharged from the nozzle. The camera is coupled and fixed to the moving member.
