Double Piston Pile driver having a circular crank room

The present invention relates to a double piston pile driver including a circular crank room. According to the present invention, the double piston pile driver promotes the simplification of a manufacturing process and the miniaturization thereof by forming a crank room in a circular shape, secures large output stability through a low vibration operation using a double piston, and multiply performs a pneumatic pile function and a function for shaking off a crop by using a reciprocating transfer force. To this end, the double piston pile driver comprises: a crank shaft (1), a crank room (2), a pneumatic piston (10), a weight piston (14), a cancelling piston (20), a crank wheel (30), and a bearing housing (34) as main configurations. 본 발명은 원형 크랭크실이 구비된 더블 피스톤 항타기에 관련되며, 이때 항타기는 크랭크실을 원형으로 형성하여 제조공정 간소화 및 소형화를 도모하고, 더블 피스톤을 이용한 저진동 운전으로 고출력 안전성이 확보되면서 공압 항타기능과 왕복이송력을 이용한 작물털이기능을 복합적으로 수행하기 위해 크랭크축(1), 크랭크실(2), 공압피스톤(10), 중량피스톤(14), 상쇄피스톤(20), 크랭크휠(30), 베어링하우징(34)을 포함하여 주요구성으로 이루어진다.
