Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a low-noise distribution valve wherein a tank supply valve is integrally joined capable of supplying an amount of external water more than that of an external water supply control device such as an existing make-up water valve and the like. A distribution valve cap (40) covering and closing a housing functions as both of a valve head and a valve opening degree control device, and a head passage (42) is formed in a diagonal linear form, thus the distribution valve cap adheres to a distribution valve housing (30). Accordingly, the distribution valve embedded in a high-pressure water discharge unit of a tank water supply device assists noise prevention and an increase in a sealing force. According to the present invention, a more amount of the external water supply can be induced by designing the water supply device to cause a large amount of a pipeline loss in a tank inlet and a less amount of a pipeline loss in a distribution housing inlet. The distribution housing inlet and the tank inlet are arranged to be overlapped, thus high-temperature water (water discharge through a fill valve) of which a pressure decrease is less than an existing technology can be supplied by using a valve formed into a simple plastic cap structure. Accordingly, the high-temperature water supply can be utilized for multipurpose external water supply, thus the low-noise multipurpose tank supply device providing the performance close to that of an existing multiple valve type water supply distributing device is obtained at low costs. 본 발명은 기존의 보충수밸브 등 외부급수조절기구보다 더 많은 외부 급수량을 공급할 수 있는 탱크급수밸브 일체형 저소음 분배밸브에 관한 것이다. 탱크급수장치의 고압수 토출부를 파고들어가서 배치된 분배밸브는 하우징을 덮어 밀폐하는 분배밸브캡(40)이 밸브헤드와 밸브개도량 조절기구를 겸하며, 헤드유로(42)는 사선형태로 형성되어 고압수 통과시 분배밸브캡이 분배밸브하우징(30)쪽으로 밀착 운동하여 소음방지와 밀폐력 향상에 도움을 준다. 본 발명에 의하면 탱크유입구에서 관로손실이 크게 일어나고 분배밸브 하우징 유입구에서 관로손실이 적게 일어나도록 설계하여 좀 더 풍부한 탱크외부급수를 유도할 수 있으며, 분배밸브 쪽 유입구와 탱크유입구를 서로 인접하게 중첩 배치하여 종래기술에 비해 압력강하가 덜 된 고압수(필밸브 토출수)를 간단한 플라스틱 캡구조의 밸브로 얻을 수 있다. 이에 따라 다용도의 탱크외부 급수로 활용할 수 있으므로 기존 멀티밸브식 급수분배장치와 비교할 수 없는 저렴한 제품가격으로 그에 근접한 성능을 낼 수 있는 저소음 다용도 탱크 급수장치가 구현된다.
