HEATING SYSTEM FOR PREVENTING FREEZE

The present invention relates to a heating system for preventing freeze and burst of a water gauge box having a water gauge and a water pipe, which includes: a first heating carbon textile formed on a surface of a water gauge or a water pipe; a power supply device for supplying power to the first heating carbon textile; a power switch for turning on and off the power of the power supply device; a temperate controller for controlling the temperate of the first heating carbon textile; and a temperate display unit for displaying of the first heating carbon textile, wherein the first heating carbon textile is weaved by weft threads formed of heating yarns obtained by coating synthetic fibers or natural fibers with dispersion liquid and drying the coated fibers at the temperate of 65 C to 95 C, and warp threads formed of synthetic fibers or natural fibers coated with a silicon substance including at least one of TPU, PU, PE, PP and PVA. 본 발명은 수도계량기와 수도관이 구비된 수도계량기함의 동파방지 발열시스템에 있어서, 수도계량기 또는 수도관의 표면에 형성되는 제1 발열용 탄소섬유, 제1 발열용 탄소섬유에 전기를 공급하는 전원공급장치, 전원공급장치의 전원을 ON, OFF 하는 전원스위치, 제1 발열용 탄소섬유의 온도를 조절하는 온도조절기 및 제1 발열용 탄소섬유의 온도를 표시하는 온도표시부를 포함하되, 제1 발열용 탄소섬유는, 합성섬유 또는 천연섬유에 분산액으로 코팅되고, 65도 내지 95도에서 건조된 발열원사로 제조한 위사와 합성섬유 또는 천연섬유에 TPU, PU, PE, PP 및 PVA 중 적어도 하나를 포함한 실리콘 소재로 코팅된 경사가 직조된 것을 특징으로 하는 동파방지 발열시스템에 관한 것이다.
