Zusammenfassung:	According to an air hammer enabling a hammer tip to be withdrawn with respect to a guide by relatively moving a piston forward and backward with respect to a cylinder inside a body by using supplied compressive air, the air hammer comprises: an air line connected to an air outlet of a back side of the body discharging the air when the hammer tip is moved backward; a medicinal fluid tank mounted in the body; and an injection line injecting medicinal fluid from the medicinal fluid tank by using the air from the air line. 공급된 압축에어에 의해 바디 내의 실린더에 대해 피스톤을 상대운동 전후진시킴으로써, 가이드에 대해 해머팁을 출몰시키는 에어해머에 있어서, 상기 해머팁의 후진시에 에어를 배출하는 상기 바디 후방의 에어출구에 연결되는과, 상기 바디에 장착되는와, 상기 에어라인으로부터의 에어에 의해 상기 약액탱크로부터의 약액을 분사하는이 구비됨을 특징으로 한다.
