Zusammenfassung: | The purpose of the present invention is to provide a preparation method of high purity lactide with high efficiency. The present invention relates to a preparation method of high purity lactide, comprising: a first heating and decompressing step of heating lactic acid to 160 to 180C and then decompressing the same; a second heating and decompressing step of adding a reactive catalyst to a product obtained from the first heating and decompressing step, heating the mixture to 180 to 210C at 1 to 10 C/min, and decompressing the same to 0.001 to 1 torr at 5 to 20 torr/min; and a cleaning step of making a product obtained from second first heating and decompressing step come in contact with water in 0 to 40C.
본 발명은, 락트산을 160℃ 내지 180℃까지 승온한 이후 감압하는 제1승온 및 갑압 단계; 제1승온 및 갑압 단계에서 얻어진 결과물에 반응 촉매를 첨가하고 1℃/분 내지 10℃/분의 속도로 180℃ 내지 210℃까지 승온한 이후, 5 torr/분 내지 20 torr/분의 속도로 0.001 torr 내지 1 torr까지 감압하는 단계를 포함하는 제2승온 및 갑압 단계; 및 상기 제2승온 및 갑압 단계에서 얻어진 결과물과 0℃ 내지 40℃의 물을 접촉하는 세정 단계;를 포함하는, 락타이드의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. |
