Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a filter media manufacturing method and apparatus with high efficiency and low differential pressure. According to the filter media manufacturing method and apparatus, an HEPA layer is formed via a wet process without using a separate spinning nozzle, and thus thickness, weight and pores can be uniformly distributed and processing time and manufacturing costs can be considerably reduced. The HEPA layer includes not only glass fiber and LM PET fiber, and thus a crack can be prevented from occurring on a bending part during a pleating process due to strength and flexibility of the LM PET fiber and a melting point can be reduced, thereby facilitating an ultrasonic welding process and thus increasing adhesive properties of the HEPA layer and the electrostatic layer. A first electrostatic layer and a second electrostatic layer, which are made of non-woven fabric, are welded onto upper and lower portions of the HEPA layer, and thus pressure loss can be reduced, collection efficiency can be considerably increased, and processability for pleating, etc.
본 발명은 별도의 방사노즐 사용 없이 헤파층을 습식공정을 통해 형성함으로써 두께, 중량 및 기공이 균일하게 분산됨과 동시에 공정시간 및 제조비용을 현저히 절감시킬 수 있으며, 헤파층이 유리섬유뿐만 아니라 LM PET 섬유를 포함함으로써 LM PET의 강도 및 유연성에 의하여 절곡(pleating) 공정 시 절곡 부위의 크랙 발생을 방지함과 동시에 융점을 낮추어 초음파 융착 공정이 용이하게 이루어져 헤파층 및 정전층의 접착성을 높일 수 있고, 헤파층의 상하부에 부직포로 형성되는 제1 정전층 및 제2 정전층이 융착됨으로써 압력손실이 절감됨과 동시에 포집효율을 현저히 높일 수 있으며, 절곡 등 가공성을 개선시킬 수 있는 필터미디어 제조 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. |
