Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of model form cutter products using a surface grinding process iron plate and, more particularly, to a manufacturing method of model form cutter products, which are various components of a welding jig used for manufacturing a regular machine or used in vehicle manufacturing lines. The method is about manufacturing multiple model form cutter products of welding jigs, used for manufacturing a specialized machine or regular machines or in vehicle manufacturing lines. The method comprises: a component introducing step (S20) of introducing surface grinding process iron plates (10) whose surface is ground in a predetermined width; a precise process step (S30) of processing precise process work including a process of forming a cutting ball (20) at a location corresponding to each individual model shape cutting product (30) against the surface grinding process iron plate; and a model-shaped cutting product cutting step (S40) of cutting the surface grinding process iron plate (10), whose precise process work has been completed, with a cutter into the shape of the model shape cutting product (30). 본 발명은 모형형상절단품의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 면삭가공철판을 이용하여 자동차 생산라인이나 일반기계(전용기계포함) 제작시 사용되는 용접지그의 각종 부품, 즉 모형형상 절단품의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 특징은 자동차 생산라인이나 일반기계 및 전용기계 제작에 사용되는 용접지그의 다수 모형형상절단품을 제조하는 제조방법에 있어서, 구로철판을 설계상 허용된 소정 두께로 면삭한 면삭가공철판(10)을 입고하는 소재입고단계(S20); 입고된 상기 면삭가공철판(10)에 대해서 개별 모형형상절단품(30)에 해당되는 위치에 절삭공(20)을 형성하는 공정을 포함한 정밀가공작업을 실시하는 정밀가공단계(S30); 및 정밀가공작업이 완료된 면삭가공철판(10)을 절단기로 모형형상절단품(30)의 형상으로 절단하는 모형형상절단품 절단단계(S40)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
