A pelletizing method of the concentrated waste solidified by paraffin and equipment thereof

The present invention relates to a method for pelletizing a concentrated waste paraffin solid body and an apparatus thereof. The present invention pelletizes a concentrated waste paraffin solid body contained in a 200-liter steel drum to be easily contained with a fixed quantity in a high integrity container satisfying waste transport standards and to be rapidly and properly returned in case of a leak due to an accident while being transported. The method for pelletizing a concentrated waste paraffin solid body according to the present invention comprises: a concentrated waste paraffin solid body separation step of separating the concentrated waste paraffin solid body from the steel drum; a concentrated waste paraffin solid body crushing step of crushing the concentrated waste paraffin solid body separated from the steel drum into small pieces; a concentrated waste paraffin state converting step of heating, at proper temperatures, and converting the concentrated waste paraffin solid body, which is crushed into small pieces through the concentrated waste paraffin solid body crushing step, into gel-state concentrated waste paraffin; a concentrated waste paraffin pressurization transport step of pressurizing and transporting the gel-state concentrated waste paraffin converted through the concentrated waste paraffin state converting step; a concentrated waste paraffin cooling step of cooling, at proper temperatures, and converting the pressurized and transported gel-state concentrated waste paraffin into gel-state concentrated waste paraffin having less liquidity; and a concentrated waste paraffin molding step of generating concentrated waste paraffin solid body pellets by allowing the gel-state concentrated waste paraffin relatively solidified through the concentrated waste paraffin cooling step to pass a mold, and cutting the molded concentrated waste paraffin which passing the mold at the same time. 본 발명은 농축폐액 파라핀 고화체의 펠렛화 방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 200리터 철재드럼에 포장된 농축폐액 파라핀 고화체를 폐기물 인도규정을 만족하는 고건전성 용기에 손쉽게 정량포장을 할 수 있고, 운반 중 사고로 인한 누출시에도 신속하고 확실하게 회수할 수 있도록 펠렛화할 수 있도록 하는 것이며, 그 구성은 농축폐액 파라핀 고화체를 철재드럼으로 부터 분리해내는 농축폐액 파라핀 고화체 분리단계와; 철재드럼으로부터 분리된 농축폐액 파라핀 고화체를 작은 덩어리로 파쇄하는 농축폐액 파라핀 고화체 파쇄단계와; 상기 농축폐액 파라핀 고화체 파쇄단계를 통해 작은 덩어리로 파쇄된 농축폐액 파라핀 고화체를 적정온도로 가열하여 겔(gel)상태의 농축폐액 파라핀으로 변환시키는 농축폐액 파라핀 상태변환단계와; 상기 농축폐액 파라핀 상태변환단계를 통해 변환된 겔 상태의 농축폐액 파라핀을 가압이송하는 겔 상태의 농축폐액 파라핀 가압이송단계와; 가압이송되는 겔 상태의 농축폐액 파라핀을 적정온도로 냉각시켜 유동성이 적은 겔 상태의 농축폐액 파라핀으로 변환시키는 겔 상태의 농축폐액 파라핀 냉각단계와; 상기 겔 상
