According to an embodiment of the present invention, an eye liner comprises: a body having a discharging passage; a brush holder joined to the body, and having a center hole; and a brush inserted to the center hole, and having a brush through-hole directly connected to the discharging passage. The brush has an outlet port connected to the brush through-hole, and the outlet port protrudes outside of the brush holder. Also, the outlet port cuts an end part of the brush in a slanted manner, and has an oval shape.
