Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a solar power generating apparatus installed on a cramp type roof (R) with a plurality of cramps (S) where a cramp top (S1) is formed on the top. The present invention comprises: upper frames (10, 110) for supporting a plurality of solar battery panels (P); front and rear supporting frames (20, 30, 120, 130) for supporting each side of the upper frames (10, 110); lower frames (40, 140) connecting the lower ends of the front supporting frames (20, 120) to the lower ends of the rear supporting frames (30, 130); and cramp connecting units (50, 150) for connecting the lower frames (40, 140) to the crams (S). 본 발명은 상단에 거멀접이단(S1)이 형성된 다수의 거멀(S)이 형성된 거멀접이 지붕(R)에 설치되는 것으로서, 다수의 태양전지패널(P)을 지지하는 상부프레임(10)(110)와; 상부프레임(10)(110)의 일측 및 타측 각각을 지지하는 전방 및 후방 지지프레임(20)(30)(120)(130)과; 전방 지지프레임(20)(120)의 하단과 후방 지지프레임(30)(130)의 하단을 연결하는 하부프레임(40)(140)과; 하부프레임(40)(150)을 상기 거멀(S)과 연결하는 거멀연결부(50)(150);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
