Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a fire and evacuation regulation review automation system of a building and a method thereof. The fire and evacuation regulation review automation system can detect design flaws to minimize a design change generated after design completion after considering the fire safety from an initial design step of a building and before completing the building design. The fire and evacuation regulation review automation system also reviews a wide range of different fire and evacuation regulations at the same time to execute the processes of reviewing the fire regulations related to the fire defense law and the evacuation regulations related to the construction law separately as well as utilizing base designs in various formats through a fire safety evaluation element setting module plugged in a general design program. 건축물 설계가 완료되기 전에 건축물의 초기 설계 단계에서부터 화재 안전성을 고려하여 소방 및 피난 설계에 대한 법규 준수 여부를 파악하면, 기본 설계도면에 대해 설계오류를 검출함으로써 설계 완료 후에 발생되는 설계 변경을 최소화할 수 있고, 또한, 광범위하게 이원화 되어있는 소방 법규 및 피난 법규를 동시에 검토함으로써 소방법 관련 소방 법규 및 건축법 관련 피난 법규의 검토를 분리하여 수행할 수 있으며, 범용 설계 프로그램에 플러그인(Plug-in)되는 화재 안전성 평가요소 설정모듈을 통해 다양한 포맷의 기본 설계도면으로 활용할 수 있는, 건축물의 소방법규 및 피난법규 검토 자동화 시스템 및 그 방법이 제공된다.
