Carrying handle

The present invention relates to a carrying handle used for a shopping bag or a plastic bag where articles are stored. The carrying handle disperses the load transferred to any one from a palm, a forefinger, a middle finger, a ring finger, and a pinky finger by hanging the carrying handle on a handle gripping part of the shopping bag or plastic bag to transfer the shopping bag or plastic bag where a heavy article is received while preventing an excessive load from being transferred to the palm, the forefinger, the middle finger, the ring finger, and the pinky finger; and enables a user to simply carry the shopping bag or plastic bag for a long time by improving the gripping comfort of a vertical gripping support part and a bent gripping part.
