Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a galvanized steel sheet with excellent corrosion resistance obtained by controlling a plating layer forming process by controlling components of the galvanized steel sheet and adjusting an alloying heat increasing speed and a manufacturing method thereof. The galvanized steel sheet includes a substrate steel sheet and an alloying galvanizing layer formed on the substrate steel sheet. The alloying galvanizing layer comprises: 8-14 wt% of Fe; 0.16-1.0 wt% of Al; 0.1-1.5 wt% of Mg; and the remainder consisting of Zn and inevitable impurities. The present invention provides the galvanized steel sheet with excellent corrosion resistance wherein a magnesium oxide layer, a delta phase of zinc, a gamma phase of zinc, and substrate steel are successively placed from a surface of the galvanizing layer to the substrate steel sheet. The magnesium oxide layer exists within a thickness of 0.5 m from the surface of the galvanizing layer. The delta phase includes an intermetallic compound of a form of MgZn / Mg_2Zn_3 / MgZn_2 or Mg of a form molten in the delta phase. The content of the Mg is 0.1 wt% or higher on average.
본 발명은 합금화 아연 도금 강판에 있어서 조성성분을 조절하여 도금층의 공정상을 제어하고 합금화승온속도를 조절하여 내식성이 우수한 합금화 용융아연 도금강판과 이를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 소지강판 및 상기 소지강판 상에 형성된 합금화 아연도금층을 포함하고, 상기 합금화 아연도금층은 Fe 8 내지 14중량%, Al 0.16 내지 1.0중량%, Mg 0.1 내지 1.5중량%, 잔부 Zn 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하며, 도금층 표면에서 소지강판 방향으로 마그네슘 산화물층, 아연의 델타상과 감마상 및 소지철이 순서대로 존재하되, 상기 마그네슘 산화물층은 표면으로부터 두께 0.5㎛ 이내에 존재하고, 델타상은 MgZn/MgZn/MgZn형태의 금속간화합물 또는 델타상에 고용된 형태의 Mg를 포함하며, 상기 Mg 함량은 평균 0.1중량% 이상인 내식성이 우수한 합금화 용융아연 도금강판을 제공한다. |
