Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising a non-ionic surfactant vesicle containing nitrofatty acid as an effective component. A preparation method of the cosmetic composition comprises the following steps: preparing niosome using polyglyceryl-6 behenate as a non-ionic surfactant, and sodium stearoyl glutamate as an auxiliary surfactant; and storing nitrofatty acid in a space inside the obtained vesicle. The cosmetic composition imparts gloss and elasticity to the skin, thereby having an anti-aging effect. 본 발명은 니트로지방산을 유효성분으로 함유하는 비이온성 계면활성제 소포체를 포함하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 비이온 계면활성제인 폴리글리세릴-6 베헤네이트와 보조 계면활성제인 소듐 스테아로일 글루타메이트를 이용하여 니오좀을 제조하고, 그 소포체 공간 내에 니트로지방산을 포함하도록 하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
