Zusammenfassung:According to an embodiment of the present invention, an average power tracking mode power amplification apparatus includes: a power amplifier including a driver end driven by a first driving voltage and a main amplification end driven by a second driving voltage; a first DC-DC voltage converter generating the first driving voltage to be equal to or lower than a power source voltage from the power source voltage and applying the first driving voltage to the driver end; and a second DC-DC voltage converter generating the second driving voltage greater than the first driving voltage from the power source voltage and applying the second driving voltage to the main amplification end. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 평균 전력 추적 모드 전력 증폭 장치는 제1 구동 전압에 의해 구동되는 드라이버단과 제2 구동 전압에 의해 구동되는 메인 증폭단을 포함하는 전력 증폭기, 전원 전압으로부터 전원 전압보다 같거나 낮도록 제1 구동 전압을 생성하여 드라이버단에 인가하는 제1 DC-DC 전압 변환기 및 전원 전압으로부터 제1 구동 전압보다 높은 제2 구동 전압을 생성하여 메인 증폭단에 인가하는 제2 DC-DC 전압 변환기를 포함할 수 있다.
