Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for determining a defective PCB based on an X-ray. The method for determining a defective printed circuit board (PCB) based on an X-ray may include a step of allowing a substrate transfer part to move multiple PCB layers to which a bar code including product specification information is attached, to a PCB inspection part, a step of allowing the PCB inspection part to generate an X-ray image for the multiple PCB layers, a step of allowing a communication part to transmit the X-ray image to an integrated information system, and a step of allowing the integrated information system to determine whether the PCB layers is defective based on the X-ray image. So, a defective PCB can be analyzed accurately and effectively. X-ray 기반의 PCB 불량 판정 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. X-ray 기반의 PCB(printed circuit board) 불량 판정 방법은 기판 이송부가 제품 사양 정보를 포함하는 바코드를 부착한 복수의 PCB 층을 PCB 검사부로 이동시키는 단계, PCB 검사부가 복수의 PCB 층에 대한 X-ray 이미지를 생성하는 단계, 통신부가 X-ray 이미지를 통합 정보 시스템으로 전송하는 단계와 통합 정보 시스템이 X-ray 이미지를 기반으로 복수의 PCB 층에 대한 불량 여부를 판정하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
