Zusammenfassung:According to the present invention an apparatus for preventing corrosion of a hydraulic actuator for a power plant which includes flow channels for fluid actuator supply (FAS) flow, emergency trip supply (ETS) flow and fluid drain to cooler (FCD) flow and allows valves, which selectively open and close the flow channels, to be joined thereto or separated therefrom. The apparatus for preventing corrosion of a hydraulic actuator for a power plant includes: a valve cover assembly which is arranged on joining locations of the valves for the hydraulic actuator for a power plant, after the valves are separated from the hydraulic actuator for a power plant, to cover the flow channels and make the flow channels communicate; and a vacuum valve assembly which has one side, joined to one among the FAS flow, the ETS flow, and the FCD flow, and the other side, joined to a vacuum pump and guides vacuum pumping of the hydraulic actuator for a power plant through the flow channels. Accordingly, the apparatus for preventing corrosion of a hydraulic actuator for a power plant can perform vacuum pumping of the hydraulic actuator for a power plant by performing vacuum pumping on anyone among the FAS flow channel, the ETS flow channel, and the FCD flow channel as a structure of the valve cover assembly is improved. 본 발명에 따른 FAS(Fluid Actuator Supply)유, ETS(Emergency Trip Supply)유 및 FCD(Fluid Drain to Cooler)유의 유로들이 형성되며 유로들을 선택적으로 개폐하는 밸브들이 결합 또는 분리 되는 발전소용 유압액추에이터의 부식방지 장치는 발전소용 유압액추에이터로부터 밸브들이 분리된 후 발전소용 유압액추에이터에 대한 밸브들의 결합 위치에 배치되어 유로들을 커버하며 유로들을 상호 연통시키는 밸브커버 조립체 및 일측은 FAS유, ETS유 및 FCD유의 유로들 중 어느 하나에 연결되고 타측은 진공펌프에 연결되어 유로들을 통해 발전소용 유압액추에이터의 진공 펌핑을 가이드 하는 진공밸브 조립체를 포함한다. 이에 의하여, 밸브커버 조립체의 구조를 개선하여 FAS 유로, ETS 유로 및 FCD 유로 중 어느 하나로부터 진공 펌핑 하여도 발전소용 유압액추에이터를 진공 펌핑할 수 있으므로, 진공 펌핑 공정의 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 발전소용 유압액추에이터 내부의 부식 방지에 따른 보관 효율도 향상시킬 수 있다.
