APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR EVALUATING INTEGRATING SPHERE SYSTEM

Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for evaluating reliability of an integrating sphere system, for providing a verified result which is highly reliable. According to the disclosed invention, the apparatus for evaluating the reliability of the integrating sphere system to verify the reliability of the integrating sphere system includes: an integrating sphere for diffusing and reflecting light emitted from light source; an optical sensor to which the light diffused and reflected from the integrating sphere is incident; a photometer for measuring light intensity by using a current value outputted from the optical sensor; and a cable for transferring a current outputted from the optical sensor to the photometer. The apparatus includes: a power supply unit for supplying power to the light source; an optical sensor measuring unit for measuring the current value outputted from the optical sensor; and a verifying module for controlling an operation of the power supply unit to control an output value of the light source, and verifying the reliability of the integrating sphere system by using the output value of the light source, a measured value measured at the optical sensor measuring unit, and a measured value outputted at the photometer. 적분구 시스템 신뢰성 평가장치 및 적분구 시스템 신뢰성 평가방법에 대한 발명이 개시된다. 개시된 발명은: 광원에서 출사되는 광이 확산, 반사되는 적분구와, 적분구에서 확산, 반사된 광이 입사되는 광센서와, 광센서에서 출력된 전류값을 이용하여 광의 강도를 측정하는 광도계, 및 광센서에서 출력되는 전류를 광도계에 전달하는 케이블을 포함하여 구성되는 적분구 시스템의 신뢰성을 검증하는 적분구 시스템 신뢰성 평가장치에 있어서, 광원에 전원을 공급하는 전원공급부와; 광센서에서 출력되는 전류값을 측정하는 광센서측정부; 및 광원의 출력값이 조절되도록 전원공급부의 동작을 제어하고, 광원의 출력값과 광센서측정부에서 측정된 측정값과 광도계에서 출력된 측정값을 이용하여 적분구 시스템의 신뢰성을 검증하는 검증모듈을 포함한다.
