CONTROL METHOD OF ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEM WITH UPS FUNCTION

The present invention relates to a method for controlling a power storage system for load leveling having an uninterruptible power supply. In the method for controlling the power storage system supplying power to a load by linking a power storage apparatus and a renewable power generation apparatus to a power system, the method for controlling the power storage system according to the present invention includes the steps of: judging whether the power system is normal; interrupting linking with the power system and changing an operation mode into an independent operation mode of the power storage apparatus, if the power system is judged to have a fault, in accordance with the judgment result as to the power system; and performing an independent operation as to a major load by considering the remaining capacity of the power storage apparatus and the power generation amount of the renewable power generation apparatus. As such, in case there is a fault like a power failure in the power system, the method of the present invention can perform stable and efficient operations as to the major load and can increase operation time of the major load, by performing the independent operation as to the major load by considering the remaining capacity of the power storage apparatus and the power generation amount of the renewable power generation apparatus. 본 발명은 무정전 기능을 갖는 부하 평준화용 전력 저장 시스템의 제어방법에 관한 것으로써, 본 발명에 따른 전력 저장 시스템의 제어방법은, 전력저장장치 및 신재생 발전장치를 전력 계통과 연계하여 부하에 전력을 공급하는 전력 저장 시스템의 제어방법에 있어서, 전력 계통의 이상 유무를 판단하는 단계, 전력 계통에 대한 이상 유무의 판단 결과, 전력 계통에 이상이 발생된 것으로 판단되면, 전력 계통과의 연계를 차단하고, 전력저장장치의 독립운전 모드로 운전 모드를 변경하는 단계, 및 전력저장장치의 잔존용량 상태 및 신재생 발전장치의 발전량을 고려하여 중요 부하에 대한 독립 운전을 수행하는 단계를 포함한다. 이와 같이, 전력 계통에 정전 등의 이상이 발생되었을 경우, 전력 저장 장치의 잔존 용량 및 신재생 발전장치의 발전량을 고려하여 중요 부하에 대한 독립 운전을 수행함으로써, 중요 부하에 대한 안정적이면서도 효율적인 운전이 가능해지며, 중요 부하의 운전 시간을 증대시킬 수 있다.
