Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a fitting structure for a composite pipe which has a structure where a fitting body and an outer skin are mounted to prevent disturbance of a flow of a fluid if a composite pipe having a metal layer and a plastic outer skin layer is used under a high pressure environment. The fitting structure for a composite pipe has an efficient sealing property by a compressive force of a plastic outer skin and a fitting body, modifies and introduces a conventional ferrule type to suitably apply the ferrule type to a composite pipe to have an additional leakage prevention function to secure reliability in a place where a temperature variation is very severe, and prevents minute leakage by a temperature change to increase reliability. The present invention suggests an improved structure to prevent leakage by surface roughness of the fitting body and non-uniformity of a pipe and suggests a fitting structure for allowing an assembly worker to perform a uniform function if a prescribed assembly amount is complied. 본 발명은 금속층과 플라스틱 외피 층을 가지는 복합관이 고압의 환경하에 사용되는 경우에 유체의 흐름을 방해하지 않도록 피팅몸체가 외피와 결합되는 구조를 가지는 복합관용 피팅구조를 제공한다. 플라스틱 외피와 피팅몸체와의 압축력에 의해 효율적인 밀폐성을 가지며, 온도편차가 매우 심한 곳에서 신뢰성을 보장하기 위하여 종래의 패럴타입을 수정 도입하여 복합관에 적합하도록 적용함으로써 추가적인 누설방지기능을 가지며, 온도변화에 따른 미세누수 현상을 방지할 수 있는 신뢰성 높은 복합관용 피팅 구조를 제공한다. 피팅몸체의 표면조도와 파이프의 불균일성에 따른 누설방지를 제공하기 위한 개선된 구조를 제안하고, 조립자는 정해진 조립량을 준수하면 균일한 기능을 수행하는 피팅구조를 제안한다.
