Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a tip for spot welding and a manufacturing method thereof. The tip manufacturing method prevents an insertion member from being separated from a main body by comprising: a step of preparing a tip for spot welding which maximizes a cooling effect by expanding a surface area touching cooling water by forming projections on the lower side of grooves and also preparing a preform which has grooves individually formed on the upper and lower parts by including the main body having the grooves and a plurality of projections formed on the lower side of the grooves; a step of inserting an insertion member into a groove positioned in the lower part; and a step of forming the plurality of projections on the lower side of the grooves positioned on the upper part of a finished product while attaching the preform to the insertion member using a forging process. 본 발명은 스포트 용접용 팁 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 홈이 형성된 본체와, 홈의 하면에 형성되는 복수개의 돌기를 포함하여 구성되어, 홈의 하면에 돌기를 형성하여 냉각수에 닿는 표면적을 넓혀 냉각효과를 극대화 한 스포트 용접용 팁과, 상부 및 하부에 각각 홈이 형성된 예비 성형체를 준비하는 단계와, 하부에 위치한 홈에 삽입부재를 삽입하는 단계와, 단조공법을 이용하여 예비 성형체와 삽입부재를 밀착시키면서, 완성품의 상부에 위치한 홈 하면에 복수개의 돌기를 형성시키는 단계를 포함하여 구성되어, 삽입부재와 본체가 분리되지 않는 스포트 용접용 팁의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
