Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a porous absorbent using a micro-capsulated absorbing material and a method of manufacturing the same, and more specifically, to a porous absorbent coated with a plurality of absorbing materials and a method of manufacturing the same, which manufactures a porous absorbent including a plurality of absorbing materials with one coating by preventing a first absorbing material from reacting with a second absorbing material through capsulation of the first absorbing material. Thus, as compared to a manufacturing method of coating an absorbing material repeatedly, a long period of drying time between respective coating steps is not required to increase productivity of an absorbent. Further, the capsulated first absorbing material is allowed to be deeply permeated through pores of a porous structure, and the second absorbing material is coated onto the surface of the porous structure, such that absorbing performance of each of the first and second absorbing material can be fully exhibited.
본 발명은 마이크로캡슐화된 흡착물질을 이용한 다공성 흡착제 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로는 복수의 흡착물질이 코팅된 다공성 흡착제 및 이의 제조방법으로, 제1흡착물질을 캡슐화하여 제2흡착물질과 반응하는 것을 미연에 방지함으로써 한 번의 코팅으로 복수의 흡착물질을 포함하는 다공성 흡착제를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 흡착물질을 여러 번 코팅하는 제조방법과 비교하였을 때, 각 코팅 단계 사이에 긴 건조시간을 둘 필요가 없으므로 흡착제의 생산성이 향상된다. 또한, 캡슐화한 제1흡착물질은 다공성 구조체의 기공에 깊숙이 스며들도록 하고, 제2흡착물질은 다공성 구조체의 표면에 코팅되도록 하여 각각의 흡착 성능을 십분 발휘할 수 있도록 한다. |
