Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides a lamination device for a corrugated cardboard box, capable of maximizing productivity and improving quality of a corrugated cardboard box by improving a structure of a corrugated cardboard feeder device. A transfer unit forming the feeder device is individually installed in an upper guide and a lower guide of the corrugated cardboard lamination device. A hanging unit is installed on both sides of a support forming the transfer unit to supply outer paper and corrugated cardboard to a feeding roller. The hanging unit enters a hanging unit guiding groove formed on both sides of a guiding roller. The support is installed in a sliding member reciprocating by being installed in a screw forming a ball screw to reciprocate between the guiding roller and the feeding roller. One side of the screw is connected to a driven shaft installed in a bevel gear box. A time belt pulley is installed in a driving shaft for driving the driven shaft and is operated by a servo motor by being connected by a time belt. According to the present invention, a rotation force of the servo motor is changed into a linear motion by the ball screw in order for the support to reciprocate to rapidly and accurately laminate the outer paper and the corrugated cardboard. Therefore, the lamination device for a corrugated cardboard box can improve the quality and maximize productivity. The support forming the transfer unit is operated by the servo motor and the ball screw, so the durability and accuracy are remarkably improved. Therefore, the lamination device for a corrugated cardboard box can maintain the accuracy even if the lamination device is used for a long time.
본 발명은 골판지 급지장치의 구조를 개선하여 골판지 박스의 생산성 극대화와, 품질을 향상시킬 수 있도록 구성된 골판지 박스용 골판지 합지기를 제공하려는 것이며, 급지장치를 구성하는 이송대가 골판지 합지기의 상부가이드와, 하부가이드에 각각 설치되고, 외피지와 골판지를 피딩롤러에 공급하기 위한 이송대를 구성하는 받침대의 양쪽에 구비된 걸림구는 안내롤러의 양쪽에 형성된 걸림구 안내홈에 진입하도록 구성되며, 상기 받침구는 안내롤러에서 피딩롤러 사이에서 왕복운동할 수 있도록 볼스크류를 구성하는 스크류에 설치되어 왕복운동하는 슬라이드부재에 설치되고, 스크류의 일측은 베벨기어박스에 구비된 피동축이 연결되고, 상기 피동축을 구동하기 위한 원동축에는 타임벨트풀리가 설치되고, 타임벨트로 연결되어 서보모터에 의해서 작동하도록 구성된 것이며, 본 발명에 의하면 서보모터의 회전력을 볼스크류에 의해서 직선운동으로 전환하여 받침대를 왕복이동시켜 외피지와 골판지를 신속하고 정확하게 합지할 수 있기 때문에 생산성 극대화 및 품질을 향상시키는 효과와, 서보모터와 볼스크류에 의해서 이송대를 구성하는 받침대를 구동하도록 구성되어 있기 때문에 내구성과 정밀성이 크게 향상되어 오랜기간 사용시에도 정밀성을 유지할 수 있는 효과가 있다. |
