The automatic cardiopulmonary resuscitation apparatus comprises: a back plate formed into a support in order to support the back of a patient; a main body housing embedding a chest compression unit which is operated to compress the chest of the patient; and a leg frame mounted in the structure of a cantilever on the back plate in order to support the main housing to face the back plate and be separated from the back plate so that the main housing is arranged on the chest of the patient.
