HOLLOWSHAFTS HEAT TREAT METHOD

The present invention relates to a hollow shaft thermal treatment method, comprising: a step of forming a female screw part on an inner diameter part of one end of a hollow shaft and preparing a fastening screw part wherein an air flow path penetrated along an axial direction is formed with a male screw part interlocked with the female screw part, and a suspension bolt having a hanging part integrated to one end of the fastening screw part; a step of suspending the hollow shaft to hang in a vertical direction by fastening the fastening screw part to the female screw part of the hollow shaft, hanging the hanging part on a horizontal suspension bar of a support frame; a step of performing heating thermal treatment by charging the support frame into a thermal treatment furnace; and a step of cooling the support frame by submerging the support frame after the thermal treatment into a cooling vessel accommodating a cooling liquid. By the same, the method of the present invention provides an effect of being able to improve a quality of a target for thermal treatment. 본 발명은 중공샤프트 열처리방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 중공 샤프트의 일단의 내경부에 암나사부를 형성하고, 상기 암나사부에 맞물리는 숫나사부를 가지고 축선방향을 따라 관통된 공기유로가 형성된 체결나사부와 상기 체결나사부의 일단에 일체로 연결된 걸이부를 갖는 현수볼트를 마련하는 단계와; 상기 체결나사부를 상기 중공사프트의 암나사부에 체결하고 상기 걸이부를 지지프레임의 수평 현수바아에 걸어 상기 중공샤프트가 수직방향으로 매달리도록 현수하는 단계; 상기 지지프레임을 열처리로에 장입하여 가열열처리를 시행하는 단계; 상기 열처리를 나온 상기 지지프레임을 냉각액를 수용한 냉각조에 침지하여 냉각하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 기술적요지로 한다. 이에 의해 열처리 작업물 대상의 품질을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.
