Zusammenfassung:	According to an embodiment of the present invention, a dryness sensing circuit and a dryness sensing method are provided. The dryness sensing circuit and the dryness sensing method set time constants of a resistor and a capacitor short for liquidity of dryness determination algorithm and minimize a noise effect of power supply. According to the present invention, the dryness sensing circuit comprises: a detection electrode; a non-inverting amplifier; a filter unit; a voltage follower; and a protective unit. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 건조 감지 회로 및 건조도 감지 방법은 건조도 판단 알고리즘의 유동성을 위해 저항과 커패시터의 시정수를 짧게 설정함과 동시에 전원의 노이즈 영향을 최소화할 수 있는 건조 감지 회로 및 건조도 감지 방법을 제공한다.
