| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating non-small cell lung cancer, comprising fibulin-4 protein as an active ingredient, or to a composition for inhibiting the growth of cancer stem cells. When cell strains of the non-small lung cancer are treated with the overexpression of fibulin-4 genes or the fibulin-4 protein, the cell growth, the penetration, and the metastasis of lung cancer cells are inhibited. When the cancer stem cells separated on the basis of ALDH activities of the cell strains of the non-small lung cancer are treated with the overexpression of the fibulin-4 genes or the fibulin-4 protein, the cell proliferation and the autologous regeneration of the cancer stem cells are inhibited.
본 발명은 피불린-4(fibulin-4) 단백질을 유효성분으로 함유하는 비소세포성 폐암 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물, 또는 암 줄기세포 성장 억제용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 피불린-4 유전자의 과발현 또는 피불린-4 단백질을 비소세포성 폐암세포주에 처리하였을 때 폐암세포의 세포성장, 침투 및 전이를 억제하였으며, 비소세포성 폐암세포주의 ALDH 활성을 기반으로 분리한 암 줄기세포에 상기 피불린-4 유전자의 과발현 또는 피불린-4 단백질을 처리하였을 때 암 줄기세포의 세포증식 및 자가재생 능력을 억제하는 것을 확인하였다. |
