Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a contact-type adhesive for improving friction properties between a rail and a wheel of a high speed train which is particularly driven at a high speed, and to a manufacturing method thereof. Provided is the contact-type adhesive, which comprises: 35-50 wt% of metal powder; 35-50 wt% of ceramic powder; and 10-20 wt% of a polymer binder for improving adhesion properties of the metal powder and the ceramic powder. 본 발명은 특히 고속으로 주행하는 고속열차의 차륜 및 레일 간의 마찰 특성을 향상시키기 위한 접촉형 점착재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 금속분말 35~50wt%, 세라믹 분말 35~50wt% 및 상기 금속 분말과 세라믹 분말의 접합 특성을 향상시키기 위한 고분자 바인더 10~20wt%를 포함하는 접촉형 점착재를 제공한다.
