COMPOSITION AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF STEEL-PLATE CONCRETE SLAB STRUCTURES

The present invention relates to a steel plate reinforced concrete slab structure and a construction method thereof. A slab according to the present invention of main members constituting a steel plate reinforced concrete structure is constructed with lower steel plate reinforced concrete and is reinforced by the large amount of ribs at a lower portion of a steel plate to increase constructability. However, in the present invention, a rib is not necessary by using a temporary reinforcing material. In a lower steel plate reinforced concrete slab of the present invention, when side steel plate reinforced concrete walls connected to the lower steel plate reinforced concrete are connected, concrete is not connected by the steel plate surface of the side steel plate reinforced concrete so that it is not structurally efficient. Therefore, the steel plate reinforced concrete slab structure connects concrete by removing the steel plate at the connection portion between the side steel plate reinforced concrete walls, and can be easily constructed to be the same as the lower portion thereof by using the steel plate as a structural member. 본 발명은 강판콘크리트구조를 구성하는 주요 부재 중 종래의 기술에 따른 슬래브는 하부 강판콘크리트로 시공되어 시공성 향상을 위해 강판 하부에 상당 양의 리브에 의해 보강된 반면, 본 발명에서는 임시 가설 보강재를 활용하여 리브가 불필요하도록 구성하고, 또한 종래 기술인 하부 강판콘크리트 슬래브 적용 시, 하부 강판콘크리트 연결되는 측면 강판콘크리트 벽체와의 연결 시, 측면 강판콘크리트의 강판 면에 의해 콘크리트 연결이 단절되어 구조적으로 효율적이지 못한 부분에서, 측면 강판콘크리트 벽체의 연결 부위에서의 강판을 제거함을 통해 콘크리트가 연결되도록 구성되며, 슬래브의 상부에도 하부와 동일하게 강판을 구조 부재로 활용함을 통해 시공이 용이하도록 설계 제작된 강판콘크리트 슬래브 구조물 및 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
