Zusammenfassung:A grounding current detecting device for detecting a grounding current of a non-grounded system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first terminal which receives a zero phase voltage from a ground potential transformer (GPT) installed in the non-grounded system; a second terminal which receives a detected current from a zero phase current transformer (ZCT) which penetrates three lines coupled with a motor; and a control unit which calculates an effective grounding current using a phase difference between the zero phase voltage received from the first terminal and the detected current received from the second terminal. According to an embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to improve reliability in detecting a grounding current in a non-grounded system. 본 발명의 한 실시예에 따른 비접지 계통의 지락전류를 검출하기 위한 지락전류 검출 장치는 상기 비접지 계통에 설치된 GPT(Ground Potential Transformer)로부터 영 위상(zero phase) 전압을 수신하는 제1 단자, 모터에 연결되는 3선을 관통하는 ZCT(Zero phase Current Transformer)로부터 검출 전류를 수신하는 제2 단자, 그리고 상기 제1 단자로부터 수신한 영 위상 전압과 상기 제2 단자로부터 수신한 검출 전류 간의 위상차를 이용하여 유효 지락전류를 계산하는 제어부를 포함한다.
