Zusammenfassung:According to an aspect of the present invention, disclosed is a method to manufacture a sintered and blended raw material comprising: a step of providing a fine iron ore and a bonding material to bond the fine iron ore; and a step of manufacturing a sintered and blended raw material by mixing the fine iron ore and the bonding material. The bonding material increases a grain size of the sintered and blended raw material, and includes bottom ash which improves bonding forces among the particles. According to the embodiments of the present invention, the present invention has a purpose of providing a method to manufacture a sintered and blended raw material to improve quality and productivity of a sintered ore through an improvement of combustion efficiency by increasing a size of the sintered and blended raw material; improving the bonding forces among particles; and securing porosity of the sintered and blended raw material in the sintering process. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 분철광석 및 분철광석을 결합시키기 위한 결합재를 제공하는 단계, 분철광석 및 결합재를 배합하여 소결 배합 원료를 제조하는 단계를 포함하며, 결합재는 소결 배합 원료 입자의 크기를 증대 시키고, 입자 간의 결합력을 향상시키는 바닥재(bottom ash)를 포함하는 소결 배합 원료 제조 방법이 개시된다.
