Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a dial plate for an instrument panel and, more specifically, relates to a dial plate for an instrument panel, which comprises: a transflective film; a black pattern printed so as to include a character portion and a light-blocking portion in a rear end of the transflective film; and a sparkling layer interposed between the transflective film and the black pattern to scatter light of an LED lamp which passes through the character portion. Moreover, daytime visibility can be improved by optimizing the content of silica particles contained in the sparkling layer to generate a sparkling phenomenon. 본 발명은 계기판용 문자판에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 반투과필름과, 상기 반투과필름의 후단에서 문자부와 차광부를 포함하도록 인쇄되는 흑색패턴과, 상기 반투과필름과 흑색패턴 사이에 개재되어 상기 문자부를 통과한 LED램프의 빛을 산란시키는 스파클링층을 포함하고, 상기 스파클링층에 포함되는 실리카 입자의 함량을 최적화하여 스파클링 현상을 발생시킴으로써 주간 시인성을 향상시킨 계기판용 문자판에 관한 것이다.
