BEAD FOR FILTERING NOISE

One embodiment of the present invention relates to a bead for a noise filter which bocks a high frequency signal. The bead for a noise filter includes: a plurality of stacked main magnetic substance sheets, wherein one side circuit pattern is formed on one side thereof and the other side circuit pattern is formed on the other side thereof; a bonding magnetic substance sheet attaching the main magnetic substance sheet on one side thereof and another main magnetic substance sheet on the other side thereof; an upper layer protection magnetic substance sheet covering the one side circuit pattern and having adhesion; a lower layer protection magnetic substance sheet covering the other side circuit pattern and having adhesion; an input electrode formed on the bottom of the lower layer protection magnetic substance sheet; and an output electrode formed on the bottom of the lower layer protection magnetic substance sheet. 본 발명의 실시 형태는 고주파 신호를 차단하는 노이즈 필터용 비드에 있어서, 일면에 일면 제1단자와 일면 제2단자를 갖는 회로 패턴인 일면 회로 패턴이 형성되며, 타면에 타면 제1단자와 타면 제2단자를 갖는 회로 패턴인 타면 회로 패턴이 형성되어 복수개로 적층된 메인 자성체 시트; 인접한 메인 자성체 시트 사이에 위치하여 접착력을 가진 자성체 시트로서, 일면에 메인 자성체 시트를 접합시키고, 타면에 다른 메인 자성체 시트를 접합시키는 본딩 자성체 시트; 복수개로 적층된 메인 자성체 시트 중에서 최상층에 있는 최상층 메인 자성체 시트의 일면에 형성된 일면 회로 패턴을 덮고, 접착력을 가진 상부층 보호 자성체 시트; 복수개로 적층된 메인 자성체 시트 중에서 최하층에 있는 최하층 메인 자성체 시트의 타면에 형성된 타면 회로 패턴을 덮고, 접착력을 가진 하부층 보호 자성체 시트; 상기 하부층 보호 자성체 시트의 저면에 형성된 입력 전극; 및 상기 하부층 보호 자성체 시트의 저면에 형성된 출력 전극;을 포함하며, 상기 복수개로 적층된 각 메인 자성체 시트의 일면에 형성된 일면 제1단자와 타면에 형성된 타면 제1단자가 서로 연결되는 것과, 상기 최하층 메인 자성체 시트의 타면에 형성된 타면 제2단자와 상기 입력 전극이 연결되는 것과, 상기 최상층 메인 자성체 시트의 일면에 형성된 일면 제2단자와 상기 출력 전극이 연결되는 것과, 본딩 자성체 시트를 사이에 두고 접하는 두 개의 메인 자성체 시트를 제1메인 자성체 시트와 제2메인 자성체 시트라 할 때, 상기 제1메인 자성체 시트의 일면에 형성된 일면 제2단자와 상기 제2메인 자성체 시트의 타면에 형성된 타면 제2단자가 연결되는 것은, 각각 서로 다른 비아홀을 통해 연결될 수 있다.
