CONTROL METHOD FOR EXHAUST-TYPE DRYER

The present invention relates to a control method of an exhaust-type clothing dryer which dries an object to be dried by supplying air heated by a heater to a drum and discharges the air passing through the drum out of a case. More particularly, the control method of an exhaust-type clothing dryer comprises the steps of: sensing the degree of dryness of the object to be dried by measuring humidity of the air passing through the drum; and comparing the degree of dryness of the object to be dried with a predetermined criterion and either discharging the air passing through the drum or recirculating at least part of the air passing through the drum to the drum. The step of recirculating the air to the drum increases the amount of air to be recirculated with respect to an increase of the degree of dryness of the object to be dried by step-wisely adjusting the degree of openness of a recirculation passage. 히터에 의해 가열된 공기를 드럼에 공급하여 피건조물을 건조시키고, 상기 드럼을 통과한 공기를 케이스 외부로 배기시키는 배기식 의류 건조기의 제어방법에 있어서, 상기 드럼 내부를 통과하는 공기의 습도를 측정하여 상기 피건조물의 건조도를 감지하는 단계; 및 상기 피건조물의 건조도와 미리 정해진 기준값을 비교하여, 상기 드럼을 통과한 공기를 배기시키거나, 상기 드럼을 통과한 공기의 적어도 일부를 상기 드럼으로 재순환시키는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 재순환시키는 단계는, 재순환 유로의 개방 정도를 단계별로 조절하여 상기 피건조물의 건조도 상승에 따라 재순환되는 공기의 양을 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기식 의류 건조기의 제어방법이 개시된다.
