Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a cooling device for continuous casting. The cooling device for continuous casting comprises: a nozzle continuously discharging a solid casting piece by cooling molten metal discharged from a feeder tube connected to a crucible, and continuously moving the molten metal wherein the nozzle is connected to the feeder tube; and a cooling tube structure having a hole connected to the nozzle, cooling the metal casting piece and the nozzle by flowing in and discharging out a coolant wherein the metal casting piece passes through the hole. The nozzle has a screw coupling unit connected to a first cooling tube, and a nozzle connection unit connected to the nozzle by a screw formed on one side of the hole of the cooling tube structure. As such, a contact surface of the cooling tube structure and the nozzle is widened such that a cooling efficiency is able to be improved. According to the present invention, the cooling device for continuous casting is able to remarkably improve the cooling efficiency by improving a structure and quality of a material of an existing cooling device for continuous casting; thereby remarkably improving a production rate of the casting piece.
본 발명에 따른 연속주조용 냉각장치는, 도가니에 결합된 피더튜브로부터 배출되는 용융된 금속을 냉각시켜 고체 상태의 주편을 연속적으로 배출하되, 상기 피더튜브와 결합되고 용융된 금속이 연속적으로 이동하는 노즐; 상기 노즐과 결합되고 내부에 금속 주편이 지나가는 홀이 형성되며, 냉각수가 유입 및 배출되어 노즐 및 금속 주편을 냉각시키는 냉각튜브구조체; 상기 노즐에는 제1냉각튜브에 결합되는 나사결합부가 형성되고, 상기 냉각튜브구조체의 홀의 일측에는 상기 노즐과 나사결합되는 노즐결합부가 형성되어, 상기 냉각튜브구조체와 노즐의 접촉면을 증가시킴으로써, 냉각효율을 향상시키는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다. 본 발명에 따르면 종래의 연속주조용 냉각장치의 재질 및 구조를 개선하여 냉각효율이 크게 향상되는 효과가 있으며, 이로 인하여 주편의 생산 속도를 크게 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다. |
