Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to cosmetics for regenerating skin and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to cosmetics for regenerating skin, containing an epithelial cell growth factor, and increasing a skin regeneration effect by improving a unique function of epithelial cell growth factor protein by stabilizing the epithelial cell growth factor protein not to be denatured, and minimizing contents of a plant extract. The present invention also relates to a manufacturing method thereof. 본 발명은 피부 재생용 화장품 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 상피세포 성장인자가 함유된 화장품에 있어서, 상피세포 성장인자 단백질이 변성되지 않도록 안정화함과 아울러 식물추출물의 함량을 최소화하여 상기 상피세포 성장인자 단백질 고유의 기능을 향상함으로써 피부재생 효과를 증대하도록 하는 피부 재생용 화장품 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
