Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an underground drilling device used for a pipe propulsion method for constructing a steel pipe or a concrete pipe in the underground by press-fitting and propulsion without excavating a construction section when constructing an underground structure such as a tunnel, an underground passage, a common duct, and the like. The jet rotary type underground drilling device is capable of stirring excavated soil in the front side of a head (20) by installing a rotary cone (50) with inclined blades (51) in a front surface of the head (20) formed in the front end of the drilling device to be able to freely rotate and rotating the rotary cone (50) by jetting a liquid jetting material to the inclined blades (51) of the rotary cone (50). The jet rotary type underground drilling device is capable of stirring and rotating the excavated soil in the front side of the head (20) with the rotary cone (50), thereby sufficiently and regularly mixing particles of the excavated soil and the liquid jetting material, preventing the large sized soil particles from being concentrated in some part, and ensuring the mobility of the excavated soil coming into a leading pipe. 본 발명은 터널, 지하도, 공동구 등의 지중구조물의 시공시 공사구간을 개착하지 않고 지하에서 강제(鋼製) 또는 콘크리트 관체(管體)를 압입, 추진함으로써 시공하는 관추진 공법에 사용되는 굴진 장치에 관한 것으로, 경사익(51)이 형성된 회전콘(50)을 굴진 장치 선단의 헤드(20) 전면에 자유롭게 회전 가능하도록 설치하고, 액상 분출재를 회전콘(50)의 경사익(51)에 분출하여 회전콘(50)을 회전시킴으로써 헤드(20) 전방의 굴착토를 교반할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 본 발명을 통하여, 회전콘(50)이 헤드(20) 전방의 굴착토를 회전 교반할 수 있도록 함으로써, 굴착토 토립자와 액상 분출재의 균일하고 충분한 혼합이 가능하고, 대입경 토립자 편중이 억제되며, 선도관(10) 유입 굴착토의 유동성을 확보할 수 있다.
