Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed are an apparatus for gasifying a fluidized-bed and a method for supplying fuel using the apparatus. The apparatus according to the present invention includes: a fluidized-bed gasifier having an air inlet at a lower part thereof and filled with fluidized sands; a fuel storing and injecting unit including a fuel bunker for storing a solid fuel introduced to the fluidized-bed gasifier, a first compressed air tank connected to the fuel bunker, a pressure adjusting valve installed between the fuel bunker and the first compressed air tank, a manometer mounted on the fuel bunker, and a particle measuring sensor; and a fuel transferring unit including a fuel supplying pipe for connecting the fluidized-bed gasifier to the fuel bunker from each other, a fuel conveying screw built in the fuel supplying pipe, a screw driving motor, an air injecting pipe branched at one or more parts along the longitudinal direction of the fuel supplying pipe, a second compressed air tank connected to the fuel supplying pipe by the air injecting pipe, and an air injecting valve mounted at the air injecting pipe. The apparatus for gasifying a fluidized-bed and the method for supplying fuel using the apparatus of the present invention provide that even a fluff type of solid resource fuel is able to be forcibly injected and smoothly supplied to the fuel supplying pipe and compressed air is injected into the fuel supplying pipe, so, even if a solid material having a large particle or vinyls are used, a jam in the screw is maximally suppressed, and a blockage of the fuel supplying pipe caused by the fluidized sands in the beginning of an operation is solved.
본 발명은 하부에 공기유입구가 형성되고 유동사가 내장되는 유동층 가스화기와, 상기 유동층 가스화기에 투입되는 고형 연료가 저장되는 연료벙커, 연료벙커에 연결되는 제1압축공기탱크, 연료벙커와 제1압축공기탱크 사이에 설치되는 압력조절밸브, 연료벙커에 설치되는 압력계, 입자측정센서로 이루어지는 연료저장 및 주입부와, 상기 유동층 가스화기와 연료벙커를 서로 연결시키는 연료공급관, 연료공급관에 내장되는 연료전달 스크루, 스크루 구동 모터, 연료공급관의 길이방향을 따라 1군데 이상에서 분기되는 공기주입관, 공기주입관에 의하여 연료공급관과 연결되는 제2압축공기탱크, 공기주입관에 설치되는 공기주입밸브, 로 이루어지는 연료전달부를 포함하며 이루어져, fluff 형태의 고형자원도 강제로 연료공급관으로 주입되어 원활한 연료 공급이 가능하고, 연료공급관에도 압축공기를 주입시킴으로써 비닐류나 큰 입자의 고형원료를 사용하더라도 스크루 낌 현상이 최대한 억제되며, 운전초기에 발생되는 유동사에 의한 연료공급관 삽입부의 막힘 현상이 해소될 수 있 유동층 가스화 장치 및 상기 유동층 가스화 장치를 이용한 유동층 가스화 장치 연료공급방법을 제공하고자 한다. |
