MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE NATURAL INGREDIENTS CONTAINING VINYL HYGIENE GLOVES

The present invention relates to plastic hygiene gloves containing natural ingredients and, more particularly, to a manufacturing method of plastic hygiene gloves containing natural ingredients, which has a roughened surface without reduced transparency by limiting the amount of natural plant powder to 5 parts by weight at maximum, and provides sufficient tensile strength. Further, in the case of adding little amount of natural plant powder, content of active components in relevant plant can be maximized through a pre-treatment process. By controlling the particle size and amount of the natural plant powder, the manufacturing method of the present invention can prevent burning or clustering of the natural plant powder in an extruder and clogging of an output nozzle, and can improve dispersibility and formability. The manufacturing method of plastic hygiene gloves containing natural ingredients comprises the following steps: (S1) preparing the natural plant powder; (S2) mixing 1 to 5 parts by weight of the natural plant powder based on 100 parts by weight of a low-density polyethylene resin; and (S3) forming the low-density polyethylene resin mixed with the natural plant powder into a sheet. 본 발명은 천연 성분이 함유된 비닐위생장갑의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 천연 식물분말의 양을 최대 5중량부로 제한함으로써, 표면이 거칠어지고 투명도가 저하되지 않으며, 충분한 인장강도를 제공할 수 있고, 전처리 공정을 통해 적은 양의 천연 식물분말을 첨가하더라도 해당 식물의 유효 성분의 함량을 극대화할 수 있으며, 천연 식물분말의 입도 및 양을 제어함으로써, 압출기 내에서 천연 식물분말이 타거나 엉겨붙어 압출노즐을 막는 것을 방지하고, 분산성 내지 성형성을 향상시킬 수 있는 천연 성분이 함유된 비닐위생장갑의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
