Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a preparation method of a high quality graphite sheet by heat-treating a raw material film containing an organic source to form graphite. The preparation method of the present invention performs graphitization through heat treatment by inductive heating and thus improves efficiency of heating and innovatively lowers graphitization temperature. Therefore, the preparation method of the present invention can remarkably reduce processing costs, perform rapid operations, accurate temperature control, and make it possible to design various firing furnaces. Further, the preparation method has excellent shielding properties against contaminants and is environment-friendly. Particularly, by placing a thermally conductive medium with the raw material film together and treating the same with inductive heating, the preparation method of the present invention can substantially improve efficiency of inductive heating in comparison to inductive heating the raw material film only.
본 발명은 그라파이트를 형성하기 위한 유기 소스를 포함하는 원료 필름을 열처리하여 그라파이트 시트를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 유도가열에 의한 열처리를 통해 흑연화를 수행함으로써 종래의 방식에 비해 가열효율이 향상되어 흑연화 온도를 획기적으로 낮출 수 있으므로 공정비용을 크게 절감할 수 있고 신속한 작업과 정밀한 온도제어 및 다양한 소성로 설계가 가능하며 오염물질로부터 차단성이 우수하고 친환경적이다. 특히, 본 발명에 따르면 원료 필름과 함께 열전도매체를 배치한 뒤 유도가열함으로써, 원료 필름만 유도가열하는 경우보다 유도가열의 효율을 현저히 향상시킬 수 있다. |
