The present invention relates to a child safety seat for a vehicle, in which a cushion member for a child to be seated thereon is coupled to be movable in the front-rear direction and the vertical direction of the vehicle with an X-link, with respect to a base frame installed on the bottom of the vehicle, the cushion member is locked by a locking member, and the locking member performs locking and unlocking operations by an operation unit. Therefore, the cushion member can be locked after adjusting the height of the cushion member for a child to be seated thereon, with a simple operation when the child gets in the vehicle, and thus, when fastening a seat belt, the belt can be prevented from being tangled around the child′s neck regardless of physical constitution of the child. 본 발명은 차량의 바닥에서 설치되는 베이스 프레임에 대하여 어린이가 착석하기 위한 쿠션부재를 엑스링크로 차량의 전후 방향과 상하 방향으로 이동 가능하게 결합하고, 쿠션부재를 록킹부재로 록킹시키며, 록킹부재를 작동유닛으로 록과 언록을 수행함으로써, 어린이의 탑승시 간단한 조작으로 착선하기 위한 쿠션부재의 높이를 조절한 후에 록킹시킬 수 있어 어린이의 체격에 상관없이 안전벨트의 착용시 벨트의 목걸림을 방지할 수 있다.
