Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sponge sheet for a continuous-type cosmetic puff, which comprises: a coating step of coating a fabric with a mixed solution; a coagulation step of coagulating the mixed solution-coated fabric in a coagulation tank; a washing step of washing the fabric passed through the coagulation tank in a washing tank; a coated fabric manufacturing step of thermally drying the fabric passed through the washing tank and then winding up the fabric; a coated fabric buffing step of buffing the coated fabric passed through the coated fabric manufactured step with a buffing roller and then winding up the coated fabric; and an exfoliation step of exfoliating the fabric from the buffed coated fabric and separating a sponge sheet for a cosmetic puff to wind up the sheet, wherein during a processing time of less than one day, a sponge sheet for a cosmetic puff can be produced in a continuous type and a buffing process instead of a slicing process is selected to make processing possible even though the sheet gets thinner. Accordingly, a sponge sheet for a cosmetic puff can be manufactured to have various sizes. 본 발명은 연속식 분첩용 스펀지 시트 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 배합액을 이용하여 원단을 코팅하는 코팅단계와, 상기 배합액으로 코팅된 코팅원단을 응고조에서 응고하는 응고단계와, 상기 응고조를 거친 원단을 수세조에서 수세하는 수세단계와, 상기 수세조를 거친 원단을 건조시키는 열건조단계를 거쳐 권취하는 코팅원단 제조단계와, 상기 코팅원단 제조단계를 거친 코팅원단을 버핑 롤러를 이용하여 버핑한 후 권취하는 코팅원단 버핑단계와, 버핑된 코팅원단에서 상기 원단을 박리하여 분첩용 스펀지 시트와 분리하여 권취하는 박리단계를 포함함으로써, 1일 이내의 공정시간을 통해 연속식으로 분첩용 스펀지 시트의 생산이 가능하고, 슬라이싱 대신 버핑방식을 선택함으로써 두께가 얇아져도 가공이 가능하여 다양한 크기로 분첩용 스펀지 시트를 제조할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
