VARIABLE WIRE-SAW DEVICE

The present invention is to provide a variable wire-saw device capable of improving the flatness of a cut surface in correspondence with the size of an object to be processed. The variable wire-saw device according to the present invention to cut and process an ingot by using a wire comprises: a holder to which the ingot is bonded; a wire supply bobbin around which the wire is wound; a wire winding bobbin around which the wire supplied from the wire supply bobbin is wound; multiple guide rollers which are disposed between the wire supply bobbin and the wire winding bobbin, and around which the wire is wound, so as to induce the wire; a slurry supply rod which supplies a slurry solution to the wire; a motor which is connected to one or more of the guide rollers to rotate the guide rollers; and a support block which fixes and supports the holder, wherein the guide rollers are variable in position. 본 발명은 가공 대상의 크기에 대응하여 절삭 표면의 평탄도를 개선할 수 있는 가변 와이어 소우 장치를 제공함에 목적이 있다. 본 발명에 따른 가변 와이어 소우 장치는, 와이어를 이용하여 잉곳을 절삭 가공하기 위한 와이어 소우 장치에 있어서, 상기 잉곳이 접착되는 홀더; 상기 와이어가 권취되는 와이어 공급 보빈; 상기 와이어 공급 보빈으로부터 공급되는 상기 와이어가 권취되는 와이어 권취 보빈; 상기 와이어 공급 보빈 및 상기 와이어 권취 보빈 사이에 배치되고, 상기 와이어가 감기며, 상기 와이어를 유도하기 위한 복수의 가이드 롤러; 상기 와이어에 슬러리 용액을 공급하기 위한 슬러리 공급봉; 상기 가이드 롤러 중 하나 이상에 연결되어 상기 가이드 롤러를 회전시키기 위한 모터; 및 상기 홀더를 고정하여 지지하기 위한 지지 블럭을 포함하고, 상기 가이드 롤러는 위치 변경될 수 있다.
