SPOT WELDING APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING PRESSURE MARK OF PLATE AND SPOT WELDING METHOD THEREOF

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the spot-welding device to prevent a pressure mark on one surface comprises: a first electrode part positioned on one surface of an overlap part wherein a first panel and a second panel are overlapped; a second electrode part positioned on an other surface of the overlap part to electrically be connected to the first electrode part having one end which has a larger diameter than an end of the first electrode part, and a structure to support the overlap part; a current control part electrically connected to the first and the second electrode part to electrically connect the first and the second electrode part to each other when a current is applied; and a pressing part connected to the first and the second electrode part providing a pressure to the first and the second electrode part to press the overlap part until a temperature of the overlap part lowers to a recrystallization temperature or less from a time when the first and the second electrode part is electrically connected to each other. The end of the first electrode part has a smaller area than an area of a melted portion in the electrically connected portion, and an end of the second electrode part has a greater area than the melted portion in the electrically connected portion to support the other surface of the overlap part; thus preventing deformation of the other surface of the overlap part. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 일면 압흔 방지용 점용접장치는 제 1 판재와 제 2 판재가 서로 겹쳐지는 겹침부의 일면에 위치된 제 1 전극부; 제 1 전극부와 통전되도록 겹침부의 다른 일면에 위치되고, 단부가 제 1 전극부의 단부보다 큰 직경을 가지며, 겹침부를 지지하는 구조를 가진 제 2 전극부; 제 1 전극부와 제 2 전극부에 전기적으로 연결되어, 전류인가시 제 1 전극부와 제 2 전극부를 통전시키는 전류제어부; 및 제 1 전극부와 제 2 전극부에 연결되고, 제 1 전극부와 제 2 전극부의 통전 시점부터 겹침부의 온도가 재결정온도 이하로 하강될 때까지 제 1 전극부와 제 2 전극부로 압력을 제공하여 겹침부를 가압하는 가압부를 포함하고, 제 1 전극부의 단부는 통전되는 부분에서 용융되는 부분의 면적보다 작은 면적을 가지고, 제 2 전극부의 단부는 통전되는 부분에서 용융되는 부분의 면적보다 큰 면적으로 겹침부의 다른 일면을 지지하여, 겹침부의 다른 일면의 변형을 방지하는 것이 바람직하다.
