MANUFACTURING METHOD OF GRAIN DETERGENT AND GRAIN DETERGENT OF THE SAME

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a grain detergent, and to a grain detergent manufactured by the manufacturing method. The method for manufacturing a grain detergent according to the present invention comprises the following steps: obtaining a purifying solution by mixing purified water, a surfactant, and a sanitizer; extracting an anti-oxidant extract of Avena sativa L. including flavonoid and phenol from outer husks of Avena sativa L.; and mixing the purifying solution and the anti-oxidant extract of Avena sativa L. Accordingly, rust of metal parts in metal cooking utensils or a dish washer caused by oxidation can be prevented.
